I have been in village terrace for almost 2 years and so far I have had a very good experience. It is located in a nice and peaceful location. It is well maintained. Best part is the friendly staffs who are very prompt and always there to help you out. If you are not ready to buy a house in Merced yet.. ..I recommend Village Terrace Apt !!
