Definitely won't recommend living at this place. Horrible experience in every aspect.
I lived there for about 4 years. It's the cheapest place in town for a reason. There's never anywhere to park for tenants that actually pay their bills. My car still has a damaged mirror from there which they said they would fix but never did. There are sex offenders and people fresh out of rehab there. They have done a great job cleaning the outside up. Their laundry facilities are always broken. I had a window that needed fixed and it took almost a year to get it done. HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE! infested with bed bugs, termites, ants, roaches and more! The ceiling collapsed on my friends children as they were sleeping and they refused to fix it! I could go on for days.
Looks to me like a dumpster apartments.
