This community is... (Verified Renter) This community is extremely clean. The grounds are very well kept and the exterior looks great. It is free of junk and clutter and is absolutely beautiful.
The rent is... (Verified Renter) The rent is steep, but I feel safe and I like the atmosphere so far; the office staff and maintenance crew is very nice as well. I also like the reserved parking.
We would recommend... (Verified Renter) We would recommend this community but would note the fact that maintenance repairs slow, management doesn't allow new tenant to see the apartment before moving in.
Village Square Village Square is a very reliable place to live. They have worked extremely hard in securing their tenants. The manager is very respectful and understanding. The staff is very professional and the rent is very reasonable. Their is no hanging out and a nice curfew for the kids. It is a good place to live or rent.
