This apartment looks great at first. They offer you decent prices on rent and no water bill when you first sign your lease. But afterwards, when you’re all moved in and settled, they suddenly make you start paying your water bill and they increase your rent over and over again. It doesn’t matter if you’re a good tenant and that you’re never late on payments. They rob you.
