Overall good service, however I’d like to highlight the negative side. Depending on the specifics, it can take a long time to obtain repair service. DO NOT expect help during ice storms. The driveway has been nearly impossible to navigate for a week. No grading done whatsoever on inches of ice. Management is very friendly, but these issues really suck when everything else is great :(
I had a wonderful experience at Village Square. I lived there 4 years. Management was always accommodating and looked into concerns I had quickly. They also go out of their way to promote cleanliness and clean air. The apartment itself is very nice, and the environment is safe. If I need another apartment in the future, village square will be at the top of my list. Thank you, management, for making it a pleasant experience. Your service is much appreciated
