2 days in a damn row they can't make my coffee right!!! How hard is x hot, flat to make. Grande should be to the top not 3/4 full!!!

My dad had brought me here since I was a kid and I always got candy but now that I'm older it's all about the wonderful teas and coffees! Sadly I have moved 1000 miles away, but my parents now ship me some so I never run out! Wish there was one here!
