Good quality building with great location and view !
Don't buy or rent this bad quality building. It's overpriced and poorly designed and managed. There are only handful of visitors parkings and it's full most of the time. The fire alarm is poorly maintained which will go off at least once a month. Every now and then there is sewage, plumbing, HWS problems.
