I own a house and found it necessary to rent rooms out to support me financially. I have never done this before and had NO IDEA what to do. She is very knowledgeable about rental properties and gave lots of help in all phases of the process most of which was doing a background check and credit check. Lauren is amazing! Very thorough and knows her stuff! We are a military family and have moved all over the place and have never had a property manager guide us and help us through the move-in process as much as she has.
