Lauren is one of the most knowledgeable Property Managers I've ever worked with. Her dedication to her clients is exceptional. She is unwavering in her integrity and is willing to stand up for what is fair and right, even if it means foregoing an opportunity. I highly recommend her services!
Lauren not only found us the best tenants she did thorough checks for us to make sure we were getting the right tenants for us! She is responsive and honest! Would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a property manager or to a tenant looking for a rental.
Lauren came highly recommended. She did not disappoint. It has been a terrific experience. Lauren balances the perfect amount of interaction with the homeowner and tenant. There She did extensive photos; posted the listing extensively; actively vetted candidates; and shortlisted them for us. She tailored communication to our needs. In the end, she found us the perfect tenant very quickly. We couldn't recommend her more highly. I would particularly recommend her for large high-end homes in the north county area.
Lauren is by far, the best landlord we ever worked with. She is very professional, compassionate, kind, has a pleasing personality, she definitely has a huge heart.
