Patrick gave me confidence in navigating the complicated process of buying and selling a home. His photography of my home really helped sell it, and he kept me on top of all the necessary steps in a timely manner. He was always available to help me tour homes and to answer questions. He knows the community and housing market details well and was supportive in so many ways.

Debbie rented our house for us during the US Open. A+ service!!!
Currently using their services for our property as a rental and we have felt like a low priority for any task even with their high 15% fee. They found us renters far after our window of departure even with the US open coming our house was empty. Also they have done things that were stipulated in their contract they must confirm with homeowners to do but, did not.
