Nothing! Everyone was efficient, friendly, and helpful. Dr. Schnayder was thorough and professional. He explained everything, and answered my questions. I got in right on time, and was seen by the doctor right away. There was someone who immediately set up my procedure. And I was given all the information of the cost, and that my insurance would be billed first. I was highly impressed. I would definitely recommend them.
I had a wisdom tooth removed and was so nervous! Apreciated how patient, kind and reassuring everyone was!! The procedure was quick and easy and definitely not as bad as I had imagined. Excellent service and people.
All the staff at this office was very professional, kind and knowledgeable. They did an excellent job preparing us for what to expect for our child's surgery. The Dr put her at ease and she left there with a smile on her face.

Horrible customer service. My daughter was given 2 choices for dentist to refer her for wisdom teeth extraction, and she chose here.Our dentist sent 2 email referrals plus called. Plus I called. It took over 1 month to receive a snotty voice mail from here to say call back if I want to set up appt for the following month. By then she was in much pain, so we went to Omaha Oral Surgery and could not have been happier. Go to Omaha Oral Surgery!
