I lived there 2014- 2019. Never had a roach problem. It was kept clean, yes the maintenance man is a manipulative individual. No peace within himself. Most of the residents are their own worst enemy. Men and women are completely backward. Mentality of high schoolers young too old to carry it out. It's not the place it's the people. Most senior homes are like this. Not an ounce of wisdom. All l could do was stay in my Apt and find outside interest.
Full of roaches. Most Residents are really nice. Manager Katlyn is super but custodian is hateful, sneaky and scary. Just over come with 🪳 roaches.
The place is clean, but residents are straight from the ghetto, nothing to do but fight over a man. Would not want a female relative to live there. Very high turnover. I survived with my heart and soul intact never again.
