This place is a joke. I went to them in person about 4 or 5 months pregnant.. told them I needed a 2 bed and it was urgent. Just to get put on a list. I JUST NOW got an email saying a 2 bed was available. Now that my kid is 1 1/2. 🙄 thanks for nothing.
NO! Tomorrow will be the 4th day in a row they have done nothing to replace a nonworking refrigerator in an apartment with a mother and 2 year old child. She has lost all her cold food and can't replace anything. They just keep giving her a fridge/freezer thermometer that reads 50-60 degrees each time but doing nothing but sending someone else to check the temp. This is not first time it has taken DAYS to get work done that is needed or required.
