I chipped my front tooth. The Front Desk staff worked diligently to find an early morning appointment (since I’m battling cancer). Then Dr. Franco personally met me at door due to COVID. He was so gentle and caring with me. He was genuinely concerned about how I was doing as well as recommending the best solution to my dental needs. I cannot day enough good about this practice from the staff to the Doctors - the BEST!!!
The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. My dental hygienist was very skilled and a very pleasant young woman. Dr Toro is very professional and very pleasant, always makes me feel comfortable. Since the office was closed for two months, the insurance I purchase through them was extended two months. I appreciate this very much. Drs. Franco and Toro have gone above and beyond in making their practice safe during the pandemic. This is an all around outstanding dental practice.

I had my first appointment here today and I couldn't be happier! Even though the staff doesn't know me, they made me feel like they have known me for years. I was very happy with the amount of detail my hygienist used when cleaning my teeth.
I absolutely hate the dentist and put it getting needed work for quite some time. I was recommended to Village Park Family Dental by a coworker. After my first visit I was confident this was the dentist for me. I was not treated poorly as in past experiences. Dr. Franco and Toro are great at explaining the procedures and what is happening. The staff is also amazing and super friendly. I am glad I found them and will never go anywhere else.

Your new Covid-19 exposure procedures worked very well. The cleaning was thorough but gentle. See you in 6 months
I went to have my tooth extracted and from the moment I got there Dr. Franko and Dr. Toro took extremely good care of me and took me in on such short notice. Usually there is more pain with dental work but Dr. Franko took extra precaution which I am thankful for. I really enjoyed how great of a practice they are running and look forward to having them as my dental team.
