I had an issue that needed a little more attention. Dr. Franco rearranged some appointments to have some extra time to thoroughly address my situation. I have moved several times and rarely had a dentist take the extra time during a cleaning appointment. Quite impressed with their service!
Very professional and also very friendly. I always feel very comfortable and not anxious at all. I would highly recommend this establishment.
Dr Toro and Assistant Tony wrr we e very helpful and kind during today’s visit. Explained plans to take care of a bad tooth and we’re also very good listeners when explaining my health concerns. Great people and amazing staff.
Yesterday, 9/14/23, was my first time at this office. I have had a fear of dentists since 5th grade (1989). I have avoided going for 5+ years because of this. Well, never again. Dr. Franco and staff were awesome, calming, welcoming, understanding and thoughtful. I'll be happy to return to start to fix the issues my lack of dental care has caused. :-)
We absolutely love Dr. Torro! She has been a breath of fresh air for the last 4 years. Our 3 year old is excited to go to the dentist and I’m sure it’s a direct result of how Dr. Torro is with her during our visits!
I had a appointment on Wednesday & Dr Toro told me that I needed. Root Canal & it was on one of tooth under my bridge. I had options to make & she was so upfront & honest with me.we were trying to save my bridge I went to a orthodontist & got my root canal because of being a old bridge she was not sure what was underneath .He saved my bridge & I will go back to Dr Toro to finish up with that tooth. .
I have been with Dr Franco for many years. I cannot think of anybody more professional and personable as he is. And he contributes to the community and the world with his social commitments and efforts.
Always feel like a VIP every time I go to Village Park Advanced Cosmetic and Family Dental. They get me in right away and the work done by Ilena Toro is absolutely fabulous.
