You can't even walk to the mail box and back without feeling sick to your stomach because of all the dog poo. Not to mention I only had been living there for about a week at the most two weeks and had a break in and personal property stolen. Not a good place to live. Can't even trust to leave your kids
Village park takes full advantage of being the only affordable pet-friendly apartments in the provo-orem area. Since management changed, we have had multiple cockroach infestations, waited days and sometimes weeks for repairs, and were treated with disrespect on more than one occasion. The new management has even raised rent from what it used to be, although in my opinion the money has been used for improvements to the exterior to lure in new tenants instead of properly maintaining their occupied units. Over priced for the quality .... Utilities are high.
This place is alright as long as nothing breaks, your okay with dog poop everywhere, and the fact that no one around here watches their kids.
