Great place to live! Property Managers are first class friendly professionals. Very well maintained, love being near Terry Hersey Park too!
Lived in a 2-bedroom townhouse here for 3 years. The place combines privacy and security with well maintained shared areas, like a great fitness center and wet pool area. The staff has always been politely accommodating and service requests were timely completed all times. Its Energy Corridor location is convenient for Katy, City Centre, Rice Village, the Galleria, and the Theater District.
Individual town homes with direct access to Terry Hershey Park, I-10 & Memorial Drive. The homes have REAL hard wood floors and are very beautiful! This place is one of a kind!
