So many problems!!! Water, Sewer and Garbage are not included in rent. They send you a bill every month for these utilities. Plan on an extra 100 month. Garbage in the senior side is not picked up regularly. The hallways are at 80 degrees year round and so as you're sweating you get the smell of trash wafting down the hallways. The piercing sound of the smoke alarm goes off a few times a month for no reason. It's like a siren. My friend is an audiologist and was visiting me. Current Resident, 2018 July Plan on spending your morning commute walking across a wet foyer/mailroom. I have fallen twice in the last 18 months. We (meaning the entire community) have been without running water on two occasions: once for 2 days and the second time for 5 days. The toilets are very weak, plan on having a plunger in each bathroom. My two children and I have been without heat for over 24 hours, then room heaters were given to us while it took another 3-4 days to get the radiant heating working. If you are late ... read more
Incredible Place to Live! We are so excited to move into this phenomenal community! It is such a refreshing place to live with brand new apartments! I am excited for the amenities, the location, and most of all, it is right in the middle of the beautiful Provo City. I'm from California and didn't really know what to expect in this town, but it's actually a really cool place to live. Lots of restaurants nearby, shopping, and the management is so great to work with. It really feels like home! Can't wait to move in!

Beautiful Places & Awesome Manager These places are stunning! The location is prime with its proximity to freeway entrances and downtown Provo. I can’t wait for them to open. The property manager, Kalei, was also so great to work with which makes the whole process of finding and renting a place that much better. She answered all my questions, is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to and on top of things. Can’t wait to move in to these apartments!
Awesome Experience My wife and I have an apartment reserved, and through all our doubts, questions, and concerns, the property management has worked with us very closely, and answered all everything without a hint of unwanted pressure. They genuinely seem to care about us and our experience with them, and we seriously can't wait. Not only do the apartments look beautiful, but the amenities are going to be absolutely incredible as well. We are beyond excited to move into our new home.
Nothing but amazing! We just reserved our apartment and we can not be more excited!! Kalei has been amazing to work with. She is super patients and answers all your questions quickly. She keeps you updated with everything! Not to mention, she makes you feel like a friend and not just another resident. We are beyond excited to move in!

Great Customer Service I have an apartment reserved at CityView and let me tell you..............the customer service is unbelievable. The Property Manager, Kalei, is amazing. She is so helpful and never made me wonder where I was in the process. She kept me up to date during the application process and she always had an answer for any question that I may have and believe me, I had a lot since the property is not totally complete yet.
