RecommendedBeen at Village of Greenbriar for a year now and haven't had any issues. Love the office staff and have a very nice looking 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom apartment. Looking forward to another year! 👍👍

Worst fucking roach motel I've ever been to! Management was rude as fuck, greedy bastards aren't even nice if you got money fuck this place!!
One day someone's child is going to get hit by a car because some of these so called parents don't watch their children. I don't mean big kids, I mean like 5 and under. Although the older kids play in the parking lot with their bikes, skates, and skateboards too. It really scares me because I'm a mom. I think the staff could do more in regards to enforcing the parents to watch their kids. The grounds don't seem to be maintained like they use to. Lived here since 2011. No huge complaints, I do suggest you dont drop a trash bag on your way to dumpster they will go through your trash to find out where it came from..( little creepy)
