After my car broke down on the highway to Buffalo and again in busy traffic, trying to get to a car shop, Kevin from Village Motors came and towed my car. He was very helpful, informative, and friendly, and told me it was probably the alternator. Once I got to the shop, the family said the same thing, and they were very helpful too.
