I cannot speak for there ability to do mechanics but i can speak for the poor towing experience i had with this company. For your towing needs look elsewhere!
Love them!! Brought my car there after hydroplaning off I-90... they work with you & treat you fairly.. I have 0 complaints.. �� They gave it back to me better than when I recieved it when I bought it.

Great and friendly towing service. They figured out what was wrong with the car the next day and I was able to pick it. The whole situation with my car breaking down and of course being low on funds had me already frustrated. I misunderstood my bill and cocked an attitude but Ryan was great and remained professional and took the time to explain it to me. Making sure that I understood and was happy with their service. I really appreciate your patience with me, thank you!
If I could give a thousand stars I would. Broke down on thruway. Car was towed here. Thought to be an easy fix but ended needed new motor. Coming from St. Louis trying to get to Maine. I was going no where. I have never had anyone try to help me get a ride like these people did. Amazing.
I broke down this evening on the thruway about one mile after getting on at exit 31. I was just leaving Utica after a visit to Utica College with my daughter. I called AAA and they sent Kevin from Village Motors. I just want to say that he was outstanding, very kind and professional. In addition to towing my car he helped my step son repair a flat tire he got while coming to assist me. I can't give Matt and his crew enough stars. When I broke down on the thruway, 200 miles from home and 200 miles from school, Matt's son Ryan was there very shortly after I called AAA. This is definitely the place when you're in a bind. They took my car in, and replaced the engine at a great price. Then when the car was done, they even picked me up from the train station. Service like this is unheard of where I'm from. I wish there were more shops in the world like Village Motors. There is just simply no better!!
After the car sat at another local mechanic for two days, he calls to inform me at 5pm at night that he couldn't work on it and I needed to have it towed to another place. In frantic mood , I called village and they not only picked it up for me, but took it back to their shop to look and returned it to me in less than 24 hours. Fixed and running like new. My 2015 Honda CRV wouldn't start after a quick stop at the Thruway rest stop in Oneida. Village Motors came to the rescue and within the hour I was back on the road with a new battery. Very thankful for the help and courteous service!
