village motors is contracted with my insurance road side assistance last night I was broken down and ordered my roadside assistance. village motors took it and I sat there in the freezing cold broken down 5 minutes from there shop and waited two hours for them to never come and stop answering me and my insurance company. worst company I've ever dealt with and I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau. imagine your loved one being broken down in the middle of winter trying to get to a shop that's staying op... read more

I give Village Motors 5 stars! and man do these guys deserve it. I called them when needing a tow from a car not able to drive, or flooding my car. They were able to respond in decent amount of time, and did the job quick and they were very professional and polite
Great family that does great work , super reliable and 24hr towing !
My youngest got stuck on the side of the thruway and got towed to Village Motors. I am so happy to say they were honest with them - didn't try to make it a bigger issue - was a blown hose, they fixed it and didn't try to rip of a young driver they had never met before. Too many dishonest folks out there - so grateful this was not such a place!!!
