I had an appointment here today and arrived two minutes late - respectfully, that’s my bad. I had to rush straight from work to get there. My appointment was canceled because of my tardiness (though no one else was waiting in the waiting room). The receptionist, Leah, repetitively said I was too late while she was inputing my insurance info into the computer for about 5 minutes, further making me feel pretty bad and embarrassed. Dr Siddiqi was very helpful And listening to all my concerns and treatment and the staff is always great as well I am very happy with her.
I have always been extremely happy with services at Village Medical. The nurses, doctors and staff are always courteous and friendly. I find the doctors take their time with me and explain everything in detail.
Great facility, very helpful and friendly staff, amazing doctor.
