I needed a prior authorization, not a referral, for an appointment. They called me and said I needed to make an appointment first and they scheduled me for an appointment. I waited an hour before being seen for a 5 minute appointment. I kept telling the doctor I needed a prior authorization and not a referral and guess what got submitted ? A REFERRAL. Crazy.
