This was my first time visiting Village Medical, and I had a very positive experience. Both the nurse and my provider, Thao Pham, PA-C, were very thorough and took the time to really listen to my concerns. I didn’t feel rushed during the appointment, and they explained things clearly so I could understand my condition and next steps. I truly appreciated how attentive and professional everyone was. Thank you for making my first visit comfortable and reassuring.
The staff was nice and the doctor was good about explaining my health options.
