Here to add my two cents regarding Miss Julie, the nurse “lead”. Don’t waste your time. She’s super rude, condescending, and unprofessional. They canceled my appointment less than 24 hours in advance simply because “we don’t know you.” Yes. A medical professional said verbatim: we don’t know you. As if I knew them either! Use to be a quick in and out. I see why they are losing doctors and closing locations. I was 3 mins late to an appointment and they said they couldn't see me. Didn't even have anything available to me as a reschedule. "There is no grace period in 15 min appointments. It's not fair to other patients." She said to an empty waiting room.
What’s the point Village Medical is closing most of their offices in N Texas disenfranchising their patients without a Dr right before the holidays. Laying off folks at all the offices right before Xmas is a move SCROOGE would be proud of in a Christmas Carol.
