After scheduling, confirming my appointment, and waiting all day in pain I get there and I am told they couldn't see me. They claimed while I have been to Village I am still considered a new patient and they were not seeing new patients. Much appreciation for making me blow a day of work and sit in terrible pain all day!
Dr. Miceli was amazing! After a harrowing experience with the insurance company and previous providers who were rushed, uninformed, and harsh in these delivery- we found Dr Miceli to be my father’s primary care physician. He was kind, detailed, and extremely informative. My dad has found a provider with a wonderful bedside manner that he trusts. Thank you Village medical and thank you Dr Miceli!
