I came in to repair a lock to a bracelet that falls off when I wear it. The woman at the counter insisted nothing was wrong with it and refused to take it in for repair. If I am telling you my experience with it falling off (because I'm the one that wears it), just the fix the bracelet; I'm a paying customer. I also had a necklace that I needed to add pendants to as the hooks were too small to get through the chain. Do not take repairs here!! Told me they could deliver then, when I went to pick it up only did half of what I asked and told me the rest was not possible. Immediately took it to way in jewelry of journal square down the street and they were able to do what I asked!!
