Nice place...
This is a simple community with good infrastructure. The location is very good you have almost everything nearby. A lot of Indians live here and that's not exactly a bad thing. Rents are reasonable. They could improve on their maintenance a little but again not too bad. I would definitely recommend this place but do not expect this to be heaven on earth. It's just another apartment. It has its pros and cons but I've lived here for 2 years. No regrets.
These apartments aren't that great for the price. Mold tends to grow around all the windows, there's a huge ant problem, people throw cigarettes and garbage over the balconies, children ride their bikes up and down the hallways while screaming, the laundry situation is a nightmare and people have no regard for other people and will throw your clothes on the floor if you don't take care of your laundry in a timely manner, and I have been victim twice of someone hitting my car while parked in the parking lot all within a year ... read more
