Polite, quick and friendly service!!
We had the transition shades installed by Josh a few days ago. He did an excellent job, and was very professional and courteous. The shades are beautiful and we’re very happy with them. Natasha was also a big help throughout the whole process. She assisted us in finding brackets to extend the top of the shade so it wasn’t going to catch on the window cranks when we lower the shade. Josh Good delivered a dishwasher to one of my properties.He was very thorough and took it in the house for me. Josh took it out of the box and inspected it and made sure I was receiving a quality product from the Village Home Store. Next time I need something I will definitely use the Village again! Today our new Whirlpool dishwasher was installed, much to my delight! Josh Good took care of the removal of the old and new install with great consideration of the area involved. New above stove microwave/convection unit intalled above stove also new dishwaher installed by Josh. very good fast installation, excellent cleanup after job as well as good instruction on use of appliances. When they guarantee the local low price they truly mean it. We went in today to price a dual fuel stove we have been looking at, showed them a quote from a competitor, which included a miilitary discount and they matched it no questions asked. Truly a great experience and very nice folks to deal with. It's nice to deal with local folks that service their products. As appliances get more high tech, that is indeed comforting.
They serviced our LG washer and we could not have been happier with David, the service tech, his professionalism,cleanliness, and efficiency. We were hesitant to call since we had not purchased the washer from Village but I highly recommend their service. This was one of the few things we hadn’t purchased in building two homes overt the past 25 years. They have always followed through

When we started looking for a washer and dryer, I wanted to go to Village Home Stores because so many people have recommended them to me. We checked out a few places, and then went to Village Home Stores. There was no doubt that's where we were going to go. Tammy was so friendly and very effecient. We have had great luck with our washer and dryer and there is no doubt when I am in need of other appliances, I will be returning and asking for Tammy!
