Very frustrating response. Our house appliances are installed from Village Home Stores. Recently we had problem in new microwave where it stopped heating. Instead of replacing the unit they keep changing the parts. I spoke to Whirlpool service centre as well but no result. Their warranty only allow to repair the parts only. Each time they send the technician with part. I am getting frustrated. I am going to talk to builder as well. Never use whirlpool appliances. Horrible experience.
I recently purchased a Maytag Front Load Washer and Dryer from Village. The salesperson Rachele was extremely helpful and really knew a lot about the appliances. I will definitely be returning to Village because of the awesome service.

We are very pleased with our new custom shower. Everyone was helpful, professional, and patient from start to finish. From the initial consultation with Paula and Adam to the demo and the last placement of trim, Mike, Lucas, Tim, Chris, Nathan, Dylan and Lucas were wonderful to work with and wouldn’t hesitate to do it again. We purchased a new microwave. Josh Good did an excellent job of removing the old one and installing the new one.
Josh Good delivered my washing machine this morning. He was very polite and professional. He took out my old machine and installed the new one within a half hour.
I work at Springfield Armory, today we had two dishwashers installed. Our technician was Josh Good. He did an excellent job with the install and we were pleased on how efficient he was. He was courteous and was able to effectively cause minimal disruption in our kitchen areas. Needless to say he lived up to him name.
David Hood was very cordial and informative. He arrived on time and was very efficient. Great job!
