Such friendly and knowledgeable staff. Went in for the black friday sale. Purchased a new dishwasher through Rachel. It was installed today by Josh. Everything is perfect and all done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Village Home Stores!
David did a very nice job on my washer, he was very congenial and very quick on fixing my washer! I would definitely recommend Village home stores.
I had an excellent experience last week. The plastic railing on the mid-level drawer in our refrigerator broke, so I visited the store about a replacement. Ellie helped me show her which part needed to be ordered and brought it to my attention that it was under warranty without me raising the issue. The part came in two days later, and David came at my convenience the day after that to quickly and easily replace it. He and Ellie were very courteous and friendly to deal with.
A pleasure to work with from the start of remodeling my kitchen and living room to finish. Jim, Adam, and Greg communicated all the details of remodel. All the contractors were very nice and pretty accurate the schedule I was given. Absolutely fantastic team!
My Crosley washer was making a horrible banging sound - like the laundry room was being torn apart, although the washer didn't move much. The Crosley customer service person said it sounded exactly like the springs supporting the tub were shot, and said Whirlpool makes Crosley machines. They did a excellent job fixing my washer.
When we purchased our new house, we needed to buy all new kitchen appliances. Our salesperson, Tammy, was very helpful in assisting us to decide which appliances would be best for us and she made the whole process very smooth and easy! I have used Village home stores several times for appliances, lighting, and flooring and have never been disappointed with their quality and service!
My wife and I recently built a new home and asked to use Village Home Stores exclusively. From the staff to the installers to the owners, they are all the best of the best. I certainly would recommend Brad for flooring and tile, Josh for cabinetry and countertops, Rob for appliances and Keri for lighting.
