Love VGH! I’ve lived at Village Green Hills for three years and it’s the best! Friendly neighbors and staff, a dog park, and lots of cool community events. Highly recommend!
Love it here! I lived here a few years back and missed it so much I moved back! The apartments are very comfortable and in a great location walking distance to the mall! The building manager is also so helpful and plans wonderful community events!

A+ Amazing apartment. Great location, located behind The Mall at Green Hills. The manager, Samantha, is amazing. Very easy to get into contact with and any issue that you might have is addressed in a timely manner. Much more space than other apartments in the area for the same price, and the apartment is in great condition! Very satisfied with living here.
BEWARE The common areas and elevators stay filthy & the lady who works in the leasing office is rude and unprofessional. A LOT better places in Nashville to rent for the money!

Beware Beware of staff. I had a horrible experience and ended my lease early with a penalty just to get out of there. Management walked into my apartment while I was in there without any notice, owner was very aggressive and made me feel very uncomfortable- mind you, I’m a young female! Wasn’t exactly the most welcoming with pets. Yes, it is pet friendly, but if your dog makes the slightest noise around the property you are on the “watch list.” Most uncomfortable experience I’ve ever been in...

Poor customer service The place is beautiful however the walls & floors are thin (you hear everything). The staff ignores you, they are no help whatsoever on the weekends, and the manager never works her schedule for you to be able to speak to her. Not worth the money
Convenience Can't Be Beat! I lived at Village Green Hills for two years between 2015 and 2017 and could not have been happier with my apartment home. Although I was steps away from shopping at Kroger, Whole Foods, and Green Hills Mall, my second floor unit in the A building was refreshingly tranquil and quiet. Exceptional Apartment Community! Great place to live! The grounds are immaculate and very tranquil. The owners, management and maintenance staff go above and beyond to provide exceptional service for their residents. This gated community is truly one of a kind and feels like a home vs. apartment living. The older units have been brought up to modern standards and the new building has breathtaking views with safe, secure parking and great outdoor entertaining areas. It is a great place to call home!
