Verified Renter The experience so far has been awesome. We love the patio that extends right off our patio doors. Deja has been incredible to deal with from the beginning. She made the move in process easy and has been there to help us when we needed anything. We look forward to our time at Village Green Hills.
Verified Renter I didn’t get very much information moving into the building. Deja at the front desk is great! Overall it’s hard to get in contact with anyone when you need information and the phone system machine is too long especially if you have questions.
Verified Renter Maintenance is generally quick to respond to requests. Staff is friendly and helpful. Both dog park areas are great but could use a little more maintenance attention sometimes.

Verified Renter Have lived here for years and would absolutely recommend it to someone looking for an affordable apartment in a great part of town. Location is the best perk, with so many walkable stores, restaurants and more. The building doesn’t offer the same amenities as other buildings in the area, but the price makes up for it.

Verified Renter This is a great place to live. Deja is wonderful and very responsive. The location is ideal. Close to work for me, the shopping mall and plenty of great restaurants.
Verified Renter We have been residents for two years and enjoy living here and thus renewed our lease for another year. Our only complaint is the management does not keep the garage clean. The leaves and trash need to be blown out weekly. We continually track these leaves into our cars and into the elevator and halls. A messy garage can be a turn off for a potential new resident.
Verified Renter Facility is nicely kept. Location is fantastic and very walkable. Security is good and I feel safe on the grounds. Parking garage is well lit.
