I loved living here, Lake is an awesome landlord and Efron always makes sure your apt is in working order. Neighbors were awesome people and the kids are always out playing!
First place I ever lived on my own and had the most wonderful experience. Lake was always very helpful and attentive to any questions we had. If there was ever an issue with the home Efron the maintenance man was quick and eager to help out. These were the kindest people I have ever worked with and would recommend these townhomes to anyone looking for a beautiful place to live in glenwood springs. Very affordable for the location and quality of the buildings.
