I’ve lived here for a few months and feel ready to give an honest review. Pros: • Fair price for what you get • Washer & dryer in unit • Small gyms and pool • Cameras around the complex • Gated community (though not always secure) • Decent apartment size • Responsive maintenance and helpful front office staff Cons: • Frequent sirens almost daily • Homeless activity nearby area, unfortunately since we moved here the homelessness seems to have increased we are located next to stores and they are saturated with homeless there t... read more
Staff was so nice helpful and very friendly I’ll recommend this property for a quiet and safe place to live
I lived here 3 years and I really don’t have any complaints. I like the fact that you have the option to pay a deposit or 7$ a month . It was very quiet and I absolutely loved the maintenance team Juan and his dad . There was never any noise or bums . Very good area to live in. Pet friendly & I’d always leave my door unlocked accidentally and still felt safe. Kind of expensive but if you could afford it I’d say go for it
