Most of the staff are amazing here but as a company, that whole part of the experience is a one-sided landslide in their favor. I’ve seen the property change ownership literally 3-4 times the last several years. Seems to me that no one well off is going to want to stay here or at the very minimum, not for long. But what choice do you have as a get up and grind 9-5’r?? Where is the balance in all of this anymore?? All they want here is every dime you have or don’t have. This is the worst apartment experience ever! When I first moved in, there’s problems with the floor, moldy windows. It was dirty. They didn’t even clean the apartment mismatch paint sink that still don’t work correctly and sinks that aren’t sealed. then in December the parking structure fell on my car and no one from management offered to pay for it. They didn’t even offer to pay my deductible. They just completely ignored me. So now I’m probably gonna have to get an attorney. The apartment continuously leaks when it rains. ... read more
