Genuinely awful living experience. My husband was shown a tour of a unit that was going to be "the exact same" of the one we'd be moving into, since the unit wasn't vacant yet from prior resident. It was mostly hard wood floor in all the rooms. When my husband moved in, he noticed that our door was broken (pretty noticeable gap between the door and the frame when closed), and he was informed that a homeless person had attempted (or successfully) to break into the unit (already not a great sign). The sink in the bathroom is still not fixed yet there still no hot water.
You pay monthly for pest control but they never come and spray. The front office says you have to make an appointment for them to come. Why am I paying monthly for something to still have to schedule an appointment? It should be a routine thing … the bugs are the biggest inconvenience for me!
Very nice staff at the complex and decent parking.
