very rude. is definitely not got with kids. I've never had an experience like that in my life. walked out of the room and left my daughter In room on chair and said that's it I'm done and walked out. all the staff they ha e working there are clueless to what they need to be doing. didn't explain to my daughter when he was going to jabb her in the mouth and not tell her. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE EVER!! will not take my self or my 3 kids there ever again.
Dr. Frank was very kind and thoughtful. He was great when my daughter needed extractions and made her feel comfortable and at ease. He works with my entire family and I have very happy with the level of care and service we each receive. I am so impressed with the entire team at the Ventura location. Thank you so much and I would highly recommend his services.
Omg, I was so scared going in, but Dr. Frank and staff made everything so easy! So grateful. I highly recommend Village Family Dentistry!!!!!!! Five stars baby! :-)
