I came in for a filling. Dr. Thurston and his assistant were so speedy, you'd think they were changing tires in a NASCAR race! I spent more time waiting for my mouth to numb up than actually getting my tooth filled! In and out within 37 minutes, and even during the shot, I didn't feel a thing. Thank you!
Really like my new dentist. Not only is she fantastic, the entire team working there is quite nice.
I had another great cleaning, the hygienist was so friendly and patient.I did also have the zoom whitening done and I don't think I would have the service again. The technician I had wasn't very friendly and my teeth are still super sensitive from the treatment.Everything else about the experience was GREAT!
When I made my appointment, the staff agreed to obtain my records from ORA Gold Coast prior to my appointment. I made a point of asking that the dentist review them carefully, as I am transferring to Wicker Park because Gold Coast has been unable to fix a longstanding problem. However, upon arrival, the staff member asked many basic questions that made it clear no one had reviewed my records or prepared for the appointment--she didn't even know which teeth needed work. Great modern atmosphere and equipment with the most personable and highly skilled dentists and staff!! Customer service and individual well being is at the top of each employees list. One of the best dental experiences I have had!
I was in quite a bit of pain and was relieved that Dr. Thurston could not only see me on short notice, but perform the root canal that same day. The procedure itself obviously wasn't pleasant, but I experienced very little pain or discomfort and wouldn't hesitate to have it performed by Dr. Thurston again if necessary. Both he and his assistant were great.
You feel comfortable and taken care of from the moment you walk in until you leave. They do a phenomenal job explaining the procedures and go long over your options. Everyone who works there is friendly and professional!! Salena is awesome and Dr. Eldeen is the best !!
Nothing but good things to say about this dentist. The staff was great, explained everything clearly, were gentle on my mouth, etc. One of the most interestingly designed and well-run dentist offices I've ever been to. I'll recommend it others!
I have been extremely impressed with Ora Dental. They are up to speed with technology (you can text to confirm your appt, fill out your patient papers online). They are all super nice and courteous and bent over backwards to finish everything at an appt. when I was late. Overall, I have had a great experience with them so far and will continue coming back.
