I just switched to Ora as I've moved to the neighborhood and was tired of driving back to Lincoln Park. I came in for multiple things, and the Ora staff got me in and out as efficiently (and painlessly!) as possible. Everything in the office is immaculate, and all the staff is so nice and helpful. Nothing to do with dental work, but the flat screen TV's at each chair are really nice to pass the time!
Both Katie at the front desk and Katie the hygienist made my visit efficient and pain free, thanks! Dr. Thurston and his staff utilize the latest technologies in dentistry and I felt confident that I was receiving the highest standard of care.

I was the first one in at 8:00, but I didn't have to wait in the waiting room or in the chair. I like that I was told what was going to happen before the procedure and if I had any questions. I was informed what was happening as the procedure was happening. Good experience, and good cleaning on previous visit.
