I've been seeing Dr. Melissa since before Clarkson Eyecare took over, for about 7 years now. I have been taken care of very well there, and have no complaints! I recognize the staff usually, which means they have low turnover. Highly recommend this practice/location in particular!
First time patient as of last week, and I cannot recommend them enough. While it is technically Clarkson Eyecare, it genuinely feels like a local, small business rather than a chain. I had been struggling with incorrect prescriptions from multiple eye doctors and could never get it resolved. Dr. Kirby quickly identified that I need different prescriptions for glasses and contacts, which no one else had caught. My experience with the entire staff was great. Clean environment. Professional and with smiles. Kaycie helped me with my frames and was very patient. You can tell she cares. Sincere. She’s the best. Dr Mike explained everything I needed I detail. Professional and friendly. And Jackie who got me started this morning was a gem.
I can’t say enough good things about Amber, the office manager. I’ve worked with her directly on multiple occasions, and she consistently goes above and beyond to make sure I receive the best care and products from their office.
