Staff are very kind and helpful
My wife and I have been seeing Dr.Kirby at Clarkson Eyecare long before it became Clarkson Eyecare. I've always liked him and his staff.I didn't need an upgrade in lenses this time but if I did, I still would have had a great experience. See you next year if I'm still around.
Received services October 2925. I made an over payment. I have made multiple calls and my insurance company has made multiple calls to try and get a refund. January 2926 I was told I could pick up my refund. I went to the office to pick up the refund. The lady at the desk acknowledged there is a refund due but she reported she “ had no way “ to pay the refund. Today7-29-2026 spoke to someone in billing briefly before she hung up on me.
