I just want to say, that Maria (property manager) is very nice & helpful...she goes to great lengths to help you, with any issues...or concerns, to me...she's (priceless) and, should get a raise ASAP also, the staff member's...are nice, and helpful as well

I had a very disappointing experience with this leasing office. I was approved for an apartment, paid the required deposit, and was given a move-in date and unit number. However, despite numerous phone calls, emails, and voicemails over the past 10 days, I have not received any response. My move-in date is approaching, and I still have not received the lease documents to sign. The lack of communication has been extremely frustrating and stressful

I wouldn't be re-making a review unless I didn't want others to be aware: My friend and I lived here for a year, until March of 2026; all was great until we renewed the lease. Unfortunately, ourselves and others on our floor experienced flooding and water rising from the sewage pipes. (Yeah... ew) We wouldn't have had to break the lease if it hadn't been for the lack of response and lack of urgency to help from management and maintenance.
