Great place to live . Management is very professional.
Village East has been a great place to go home over the last few years!
If I had not been attending TCU, I would’ve immediately moved out of this place. Had issues with almost every single appliance and couldn’t even use my oven because they installed a smoke detector less than 5 feet of it it should be located a minimum of 30-40 ft away. Nothing fixed it. For a long time they only had 1 person on maintenance staff which seems illegal he was working 24/7. So everything took forever to get fixed.
