I have lived here twice. First time in 2002 for about a year and a half. Second time, moved in June 10, 2017. So far so good! Great location and very well maintained place!
I moved in here a few months ago with a good friend and we really like it here. Being from Cinci but working in Dayton, I find it super convenient to commute to work but also stay close to friends and family. There's lots of amenities around, from restaurants to big box stores and many specialty shops, too. Our unit was clean and in good repair when we moved in, and both the office and maintenance staff have been more than attentive ever since for anything else we've needed. lived here 2 months and our apartment door frame was broke since we moved in. I have notified the office 4 times and no one has been out to look at ,it must less fix it! Kathy,Mel and Dee have all been notified. Also the plumbing sucks! I have food backing up into my kitchen sink from other peoples plumbing.. imagine sitting in the living room and hearing gurgling noises in the kitchen, you walk in there and see shredded chicken, rice and other stuff backing up into your kitchen sink! the office has been notified and nothing... read more
I love it here! It's reasonably priced, terribly handy to a variety of restaurants, retail, and a fabulous Kroger Marketplace, as well as I-75. It is also clean and relatively quiet. Maintenance is "on it" when requests are made. Great pool. Friendly management. Overall, a great place to live!
