So this just happened today! So my wife goes out to get in our 99 Tahoe to go to work (works at a hospital and is working 12 hr shifts swabbing and taking temperatures of people for this covid 19) and they slap a paper on it saying it will be towed tomorrow by 2???? Also they are not seeing people in the office with this covid 19 going around so this really makes it like cat and mouse trying to handle this situation. Very low to be bothering folks during times like this with this nonsense!
they don't repair things properly
Place is horrible . No flexibility even though proved account was hacked, evicted and sued . Could never get anything fixed saw neighbors cars towed .

staff and apts is super nice.
I have never had an issue with anything that was not taken care of. My bathroom ceiling was leaking due to someone upstairs and they came right out. Found the source and stopped it. A day later maintenance came and redid my entire bathroom ceiling. I had water come in from the back and it took a bit but they redid the back, installed drainage and water problem stopped. I have never had them tell me to wait. The maintenance staff along with the office staff is awesome. I love them all.
Location is the key to this great complex. It makes working between Dayton to Tri-County so convenient. They offer a competitive rate compared to other complexes and what amenities they offer. The staff are very friendly!
Village east is great apartments are clean and very beautiful and spacious Caitlyn that works in the office was very helpful and very nice I definitely recommend this place !
