If I had not been attending TCU, I would’ve immediately moved out of this place. Had issues with almost every single appliance and couldn’t even use my oven because they installed a smoke detector less than 5 feet of it it should be located a minimum of 30-40 ft away. Nothing fixed it. For a long time they only had 1 person on maintenance staff which seems illegal he was working 24/7. So everything took forever to get fixed. Terrible. Lived here for 2 years and it was problem after problem. DONT LIVE HERE
We had issues with management resolving our concerns. They offered a fake apology and did nothing to remedy the situation or concerns. For the cost of this unit, $72,000 a year in rental fees PLUS utilities, you would expect better service. Just because you're paying the most does not mean you are getting the best. Find your kids a better place to live.
