We had a very disappointing experience at this office today. My 5-year-old daughter, who is already traumatized from a recent emergency tonsil surgery, was treated with coldness and a lack of compassion. No warm welcome, no effort to make a nervous child feel comfortable — just rudeness from the start. To make matters worse, the front desk staff was unhelpful and dismissive when trying to reschedule. I got a 2nd opinion from Dr. Bayless about dental work that I was told I needed at another dentist and Dr. Bayless confirmed my suspicion that I did not actually need the dental work done. Will definitely be using him going forward.

Lied to us and told us our daughter needed work that she didn’t need. Our daughter goes to the orthodontist for braces and we know the status of what work needed to be done. Just trying to get extra money from us. I cannot recommend this place for anyone.
