RecommendedExcellent caring staff. Lisa, hygienist is always concerned with your comfort level. Dr. Kaplan is the best. Been going here for years. Very clean and safety is a priority.
They do a very thorough job of dentistry. Everyone is very accommodating and friendly. All the procedures are explained thoroughly before the procedures are started.
Have been going there for years and never experienced any problems with the work that was done on my teeth. And believe me, I had a lot of issues with my teeth. Feel like part of their family! Very professional but you also felt very comfortable with every one there. Highly recommended!

Best dental experience ever. I'd be willing to bet my set of teeth were the worst the office has seen in a while b/c of How long it took for me to get them cleaned. I needed that fancy periodontal cleaning. This office is professional, thorough, GENEROUS, personable, prompt, caring and effective. They even called me afterwards to see how I was doing. I chipped my front tooth on a Sunday and they got me in by Tuseday morning. It took about an hour to get fixed and fit for a new bite gard. Noq you can not tell my tooth was chipped! Dr Kaplan snd his team are amazing!
Dr. Kaplan and Dr. Vickery are so wonderful. The office staff and assistants are so kind and gentle too. I have been seeing Dr. Kaplan since we moved to Lake Zurich in 1992, and he is so patient and does quality work. Unfortunately, I have had multiple issues with my teeth and gums, so I am a “regular” there! After having some poor quality work done at a previous dentist, Dr. Kaplan fixed everything. This was the best dental experience I have had! I was referred by two of my co-workers who went on and on about how wonderful Dr. Kaplan and his associates are. Dr. Kaplan and team (Debby, Lisa) are warm and welcoming and are so knowledgeable and informative. They have the latest technology and state of the art equipment. They really took their time with me, answered all of my questions, and gave me some great advice and techniques in home care for my teeth.
