Out of all my dentist visits, this jewel in Richmond Hill is by far the best experience I’ve had. I needed an extraction and the process was so smooth and I felt nothing at all. By the time he said all finished-I thought he was just starting. Thank you all for being so nice and you can tell-they love what they do here.
I don’t think I could say enough positive things about Village Dental! Their patient care is top notch and this is coming from someone with dental anxiety. Anytime I’ve had a dental emergency, they have gotten me in extremely quick. They are honest and make you feel right at home from the start. Mrs. Wendy is so kind and so comforting! Dr. Anderson is very gentle and makes the whole procedure a breeze! I’m just so thankful to have found this office and highly recommend to go here if you are in need of a dentist!
Go here for your dental needs! Mrs. Wendy is the dentist's wife and she is an absolute sweetheart ! She works the front and handles appointments and anything you need so efficiently and effortlessly ! Dr. Nils is an amazing dentist! He knows his stuff!! Plus He's fast and gentle!!! I can't say enough about this place! 10/10!
This office was good. I believe Wendy has more than she can chew off keeping organized. But truthfully the only good thing here is the hygienist. Their true colors come out when you have a problem. In my case I thought I purchased Invisalign but when it came in it was not Invisalign it was some 2nd rate garbage called Dandy. They convinced me not only is it better than Invisalign but it is cheaper(not that I am about to get Invisalign to fix the crowding issue that Dandy didn't Invisalign is $1000 less than Dandy!) Went in for a regular cleaning and my experience was awesome! they really do go above and beyond to make sure your visit goes as smoothly as possible. Definitely will keep seeing village dental as our home dentist!!
