I recently busted up the rear hub on my Zipp wheel and your service guys shipped it to ZIPP and stayed on top of it . In the meantime they were nice enough to mount my cog set to my back up wheel so I could ride that week .( I am so glad I didn't sell that wheel ) As usual your service dept was grade A . I can't say enough good things about your Mechanics and Service .Igor and Russ are too notch guys. The Bicycling Gods approve . #madonerules
I'm new to biking and the people here were so patient and super nice to shop with. Fred helped me figure out which bike would be best for me and made sure I understood how to ride properly. The guy who set up my bike once I bought it was also extremely nice and answered all of my questions very thoroughly. I highly recommend shopping here! I loved my experience :)
Was very pleased. My wife & I had researched online and went in with an idea of what we wanted. Ken, however, was patient, pleasant, knowledgeable, & helpful. Got each of us into what we wanted and needed, without trying to upsell. First visit to a cyclery, but not our last visit here. Wouldn't dissuade anyone else from coming here for his/her biking needs, either.

Bought two new Trek bikes last week, Jake P. Was very helpful, spent a lot of time making sure we got the right bikes. Prices were the best we could find, service was great. Was a great experience. Again, thanks Jake P for being a great salesman.

Big shout out to two of the guys at your shop. They were in the Chicago Nite Ride with supplies a plenty. I was on my third Flat tire and sbout to throw my bike into the lake. I was riding on the back of one of my friend's bikes while another friend carried my bike on his shoulders. Thanks again for not only letting me use a tube but giving me another for the road.
