Excellent service and great timing. I went there yesterday to get my bike fixed, and they were able to do it in less than 2 hours.
I just wanted to send a note of appreciation for how much I value your store and specifically the service technician Rusty. I bought my first bike from your store around 2006 and my second in 2016. I just stopped by today as I had an issue with my bike making a clicking noise. Rusty specifically has helped me with a lot of maintenance challenges over the years and today he was able to quickly diagnose and fix the issue at a very fair price. Do not waste your time and gas coming here if you "DID NOT" purchased an ebike from VCC. I called today in the am to see if they fixed fat flat tires. The employee said yes. I drove 45 minutes to hear, "we only work on our own ebikes". 👎
Do NOT waste your time. Smartassy mechanic and they will not give you the time of day if THEY are busy, especially if you have a "department store bike."

i love coming to Village Cycle Center. be it for a bike or just a light. the staff is patient with my excessive questions. they never make me feel like an idiot no matter my strange selection criteria. i've also had to return a few things and they don't make you feel bad about it. they're knowledgeable and there's enough of them working at once (it's repair shop in addition to a sales floor) that if they don't know the answer, they ask a coworker instead of making it up. it's... I would like send out a huge thank you to Village Cycle Center for helping my brother Rick in replacing his bike. It was stolen from him last week while he was at work and I couldn’t thank village cycle center enough for helping him replace it with a new one. At a great price.
