Great experience buying a 2019 Trek Emonde SL 6 at Village Cycle. They even helped me get the manufacturers rebate on my 2008 Madone thru the Trek crash replacement program. Last year someone tried to steal my rear tire but were unable to because of the security locks Village replaced the tire and rim successfully and I was very pleased. Sunday and then again on Monday I asked to have my rear brakes replaced and they refused because I had dents in my Center support bars . This was due to someone's trying to steal my bike. They are not rusted through. They did sell me pads. I feel this seemed irrational. They are saying bad breaks are safer then dents in center bars.
