Lack of parking is a big issue. Another issue is tenant accountability. There's always dog feces in the hallways, trash everywhere, etc. It is poorly managed. There are some very nice people that work in the leasing office. The location is convenient to the Mall of America. I was told that at one point, this was the place to live. That's not the case anymore. I wouldn't recommend this complex to anyone.
